The Mother Company

The Holistic IT Group had its humble beginnings as a partnership between two IT graduate friends in 1994. Operating under the name Holistic Technologies, the objective of the partnership was to provide integrated systems solutions to meet customer needs and the ever increasing demand of outsourcing. The main focus was to contribute innovative approaches using technology, business process design and people development.

Initially, Holistic also started providing IT related courses - something which it still synonymous for in the local market. As months passed by, more investment was put into the tuition of IT related subjects. Eventually, with the engagement of software developers, a new division emerged - Holistic Research and Development Ltd - a sub division of Holistic whose aim was the research and development of IT custom solutions. As years passed on, the courses division continued to bloom up to a point where it became the market leader fot the entire south of Malta. In the meantime, HRD (Holistic Research & Development), continued to grow and also started providing web based solutions in 2003.

Today, Holistic is stronger than ever, employing more than twenty five people in its various sub divisions. Due to specialization, in 2008, the need was felt to rebrand the various divisions of the group. Due to the strength of the Holistic brand, the name Holistic was kept as it has now become synonymous both with quality software solutions among business clients and the provision of effective tuition among the general public.
